Diamond Wills and Estate Planning Ltd are a professional Will Writing and Estate Planning company. We are members of the Society of Will Writers and are covered by £2 million of Professional Indemnity insurance per case.

We are based in Stoke-on-Trent but have advisors accross the country. We provide free telephone and home consultations for our Will Writing services.

As well as writing people's Wills, we also advise on a variety of Trusts that can be included in your Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Living Wills / Advance Directives, Funeral Plans and we offer a secure document storage scheme.

Our Estate Planning Consultant's have considerable experience providing advice and helping thousands of people with the preparation of their Wills.
